Old National Bancorp: Executives

Mr. James C Ryan has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served the company as Director of Corporate Development and Mortgage Banking, Integrations Executive and Treasurer. Prior to this, he held senior finance positions at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Old Kent Financial Corp.

Mr. Brendon B Falconer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as Treasurer of the Company from November 2016 to May 2019. Prior to joining Old National, he served as Controller of the Commercial Banking Division of Irwin Union Bank.

Mr. Mark G. Sander has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company. Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer and President at First Midwest. Prior to joining First Midwest, Mr. Mark served as Executive Vice President, Head of Commercial Banking at Associated Banc-Corp and was a member of the Executive and Asset-Liability committees.

Ms. Angela L. Putnam has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Financial Reporting Manager of First Midwest from April 2013 to November 2014.

Mr. John V. Moran has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for NBT Bancorp. Prior to NBT, he was the Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at Old National from 2017 to 2019.
