Mr. Zafar Masud has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Bank of Punjab since April 2020. He also served as Director of major private and public sector entities including Oil & Gas Development Company Limited, State Bank of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Power (Private) Limited, Port Qasim Authority, and Gadoon Textile Mills Limited and interim CEO at InfraZamin Pakistan. He served in various leadership roles for multinational banks within and outside Pakistan; including CitiBank, Barclays Bank PLC, American Express Bank and, Dubai Islamic Bank.

Mr. Ahmed Hayat Lak has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since 2023. He also served as the Company Secretary and Head of Legal Services of the company. Mr. Lak serves as a Director on the Boards of Mari Petroleum Company Limited (MPCL), Reko Dik Mining Company Limited (RDMC), Pakistan Minerals Private Limited (PMPL) and Pakistan International Oil Limited (PIOL).

Mr. Muhammad Anas Farook has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company. He has served in various management roles at PWC, British Petroleum, Baker Hughes. Mr. Anas also served as the Incident Manager at Sajaa Asset managed by Petrofac. He has more than 20 years of corporate and audit experience in the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Kamran Yusuf Shami has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2017. He has over 25 years of experience in managing IT operations in IT, telecom, software, textile, retail, health care and energy sectors. During his career, he has served on senior management positions in various public and private sector organizations.
