Mr. Christopher D Maher has been the Chairman of the company since 2017 and has been the Chief Executive Officer at the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Patriot National Bank and Patriot National Bancorp. Ms. Angela K Ho serves as the Chief Compliance Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Principal Accounting Officer of the Company since March 2017 and as the Chief Accounting Officer of the Bank since September 2016.
