Mr. Jurgen Tinggren has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Schindler Holding AG. He also served as Head of the European region, Asia-Pacific region, and Technology and Procurement of Schindler Holding. Currently, he serves as a Director of Open Text Corp. and Johnson Controls, Inc.

Mr. Yves Kerstens has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Operating Officer and Divisional Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Businesses at Bekaert from 2021 to 2023. Previously he worked at Axalta Coating Systems, where he most recently held the role of Vice President of Axalta and President of EMEA. Earlier to this company he worked at Bridgestone Corporation in executive functions as well as global corporate governance roles as Vice President & Senior Officer of Bridgestone Corporation and Chairman of the global digital solutions and supply chain committee. Prior to this, he worked at Ernst & Young and later Capgemini as an advisor to the trade & industry sector.

Mr. Taoufiq Boussaid has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served Bombardier Transportation as the Vice President of Finance for EMEA and Asia Pacific. Mr. Boussaid also served at United Technologies Corporation in various positions including the Chief Financial Officer of Carrier Heating Systems Business in Europe and Corporate Controller. He was also the Audit Manager at Ernst & Young in France and the Coca-Cola Company in the US.

Mr. Juan Carlos Alonso has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served for Imerys Group as the Head of the Americas and Monolithic Refractories segment and Global Head of Strategy, Business Development and Marketing for the High-Temperature Solutions business. Mr. Alonso was also the Head of the Business Development and Strategy Unit at Lhoist Group; and Vice President of Sales & Operations for the US Western Region at Comex Group. Earlier, he served for CEMEX as the Global Corporate Strategic Planning Manager; and Boston Consulting leading projects in Mexico, the US and Australia.

Mr. Francois Desne has been the Divisional Chief Executive Officer of Steel Wire Solutions since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as General Manager of Recticel Engineered Foams and a member of the Recticel Group Executive Committee. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Business units at BASF across Europe and Asia.
