Ms. Virginia Gambale has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Currently, she serves as the Managing Partner of Azimuth Partners LLC. Previously, Ms. Gambale served as the Head of Deutsche Bank Strategic Ventures and a General Partner at Deutsche Bank Capital. She also served at Merrill Lynch, Bankers Trust, Deutsche Bank and Marsh & McLennan.

Mr. Rajiv Ramaswami has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Products and Cloud Services at VMware from 2016 to 2020. From 2010 to 2016, Mr. Rajiv served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Infrastructure and Networking at Broadcom. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager at Cisco. Mr. Rajiv also served at NeoPhotonics Corporation.

Ms. Rukmini Sivaraman has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis of the company. Previously, Ms. Rukmini held several roles as Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance, Chief People Officer, and Senior Vice President of People and Business Operations of the company. She also served at Goldman Sachs from 2009 to 2017.

Mr. David Sangster has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Engineering and Operations of the company from 2018 to 2019; Executive Vice President of Support and Operations from 2016 to 2018; Senior Vice President of Operations from 2014 to 2016; and Vice President of Operations from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Sangster also served as the Vice President of Manufacturing Technology at EMC Corporation from 2009 to 2011.

Ms. Mandy Dhaliwal serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Boomi.
