Mr. Eiji Kutsukake has been the Chairman and a Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

Mr. Satoshi Arai has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, Director and Executive Officer of Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc from 2022 to 2023. Earlier, he served as an Advisor of the company; a Director of Nomura Real Estate Development Co Ltd; a Representative Director and Deputy President of Nomura Securities Co Ltd; and the Senior Managing Director of Nomura Holdings, Inc from 2018 until 2022. Mr. Arai also served as an Executive Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Nomura Securities Co Ltd. Currently, he serves as the Chairman and a Director of Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

Mr. Daisaku Matsuo has been the Chief Operating Officer, Director, and Executive Vice President and Executive Officer of the company since 2022. He also has been the Chief Executive Officer of Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. since 2021. Previously, he served as an Executive Officer of Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc. and a Director and the Senior Managing Executive Officer of Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Matsuo served as an Executive Officer and the Managing Executive Officer of Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

Mr. Makoto Haga has been an Executive Vice President, Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Manager of the Commercial Real Estate Business Unit at the company from 2021 to 2023. Earlier, Mr. Haga served as the Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer of Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. He was the Chief Financial Officer and Supervisor of the Management Division at the company from 2017 to 2019.

Mr. Hiroshi Kurokawa has been the Manager of the Commercial Real Estate Business Unit, a Director, and an Executive Officer of the company since 2023. He joined Nomura Real Estate Development Co Ltd in 1990. Currently, he serves as a Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer of Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
