Mr. Mark Fitzgibbon has been the Managing Director of the company since 2007, and is its Chief Executive Officer since October 2002. He also serves as a Director of the company. He is a Director of nib health funds limited, nib New Zealand, and other nib holdings limited’s subsidiaries. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the national and NSW peak industry bodies for licensed clubs and held various General Manager positions at local government.

Ms. Roslyn Toms has been the Group Executive of Legal at the company since 2017. She also serves as the Chief Risk Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Company Secretary and General Counsel of a national building and construction company. Ms. Toms has more than 12 years of experience in various Australian law firms.

Mr. Brendan Mills has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since June 2012. Prior to this, he served as a Health IT Manager of Newcastle Private Hospital. He joined the company in 2003. He also worked in various IT management roles within the company including Group IT Manager. Prior to joining the company, he held various technical roles at the Nine Network Australia and Hunter Imaging Group.

Mr. Rob Hennin has been the Chief Executive Officer of nib New Zealand and nib Travel since May 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Acquisition, Consumer Products, and Insurance (Australia and New Zealand) for American Express. He also served as the General Manager of World Markets - Insurance, Chief Executive Officer of American Express Banking Corporation in India and Country Manager and Head of International Consumer and Small Business Services (ICSS) for American Express International (New Zealand). Mr. Henninhas also held several senior management roles with Visa International and Unilever. He has over 20 years of experience in the finance and insurance sectors.

Ms. Lauren Daniels has been the Group Chief People Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Head of People and Culture. Previously, she served at BHP, Deloitte, and Rio Tinto. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources, equity and inclusion, diversity, organizational design and transformation and talent management, and employee engagement.
