Mr. Zili Lei has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he also served as the Executive Director and General Manager of AVIC Hubei Aviation Precision Machinery Technology Co Ltd from 2013 to 2020. Mr. Lei also served as the Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Hubei Aviation Precision Machinery Technology Co Ltd from 2000 to 2013 and as Deputy Manager and Manager of the Planning Department of China Aviation Life-support Research Institute Jiali Branch from 1995 to 2000. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of Guizhou Guihang Automotive Components Co Ltd since 2021 and the Chairman of AVIC Auto and Henniges Automotive Holdings Inc and the Chairman and General Manager of AVIC Hande (Beijing) Investment Holding Co Ltd from 2021.

Mr. Robin Zane Milavec has been the President, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President from 2019 to 2021; as the Vice President of Global Engineering from 2018 to 2019; as the Vice President of Global Current Product Engineering from 2017 to 2018; as Executive Director of Global Product Engineering from 2016 to 2017; Director of Corporate Engineering and Global Program Office from 2012 to 2016; and Chief Product Engineer of electric power steering from 2009 to 2012. Mr. Milavec also served as the Chief Product Engineer of Driveline at Delphi Saginaw Steering Systems from 2005 to 2009; as the Chief Manufacturing Engineer of Driveline from 2003 to 2005; and as Quality Manager of Saginaw plants from 2000 to 2003.

Mr. Michael John Bierlein has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company's North America business and as the Executive Director of Strategic and Financial Planning from 2015 to 2020. Mr. Bierlein also served as the Financial Director and Controller and Senior Manager of Strategic Planning and Labour Negotiations at Delphi Corp.

Mr. Herve Paul Boyer has been the Global Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President and President of the North American Division of the company since 2021. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President and Division President of the EMEASA Division of the company from 2016 to 2021 and as the Executive Director of NBHX Electronics group from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Boyer also served as the President of North American operations at Faurecia Group from 2012 to 2014; as the Vice President of South Europe Perimeter of the Faurecia Interior Systems from 2009 to 2012; and as the Vice President of French, Japanese and the US divisions.
