Mr. Lachlan K. Murdoch has been the Chairman of the company since December 2023. Previously he served as a Co-Chairman of the company. He served various positions at 21st Century Fox including the Executive Chairman from 2015 to 2019, Co-Chairman from 2014 to 2015, and Director from 1996 to 2019. Previously, Mr. Murdoch also held several positions at Ten Network Holdings including the Non-Executive Chairman from 2012 to 2014, Director from 2010 to 2014, and Acting Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer of 21st Century Fox from 2000 to 2005.

Mr. Robert J. Thomson has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of News Corp since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of Dow Jones and Managing Editor of The Wall Street Journal from 2008 to 2012; Publisher of Dow Jones from 2007 to 2008; Editor of The Times of London from 2002 to 2007. Previously, he served as the Managing Editor of the US edition of the Financial Times.

Ms. Susan Panuccio has been the Chief Financial Officer of News Corp since 2017. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of News Corp Australia from 2013 to 2017 and Chief Financial Officer of News UK from 2008 to 2012. Previously, she held various roles within News UK, including the Director of Strategic Program Management and Director of Corporate Planning. Previously, she worked in finance roles at corProcure, AngloGold Ashanti, Ansett Australia, and KPMG.

Ms. Anoushka Healy serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of News Corp. Prior to this, she served as the Group Managing Editor of The Times and The Sunday Times of London, and held various roles in The Times, including Managing Editor and Assistant Editor for Strategy & Development. Previously, Ms. Healy served as the Head of Corporate Communications at the Financial Times for seven years, where she worked on the launch of the Weekend FT, FT’s US edition and FT.com.

Mr. David Kline has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of News Corp since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Technology and Chief Technology and Information Officer Viacom. Previously, he also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Discovery Communications and Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for AMC Networks a subsidiary of Cablevisions Systems Corporation.
