Mr. Ulrich Kostlin has been the Chairman of the company since 2013. He was the Member of Board of Management of Bayer Schering Pharma AG till 2011. He also served at several subsidiaries of Schering in various positions such as General Manager, Vice President Sales and Marketing and General Manager Diagnostic Imaging. Currently he serves as a Director on the Boards of Constantia Flexibles AG, Vienna and the Universitatklinikum Wurzburg, Germany.

Mr. Stefan Weber has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2012. Previously, he served as the company's Chief Financial Officer since April 2005. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of various public and private biotechnology companies. Mr. Stefan served at Lohmann group as the Chief Financial Offer and Head of finance between 1987 and 2000. Prior to joining Newron, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Biofrontera, from 2001 to 2005.

Mr. Ravi Anand has been the Chief Medical Officer of the company since 2005. His past experience includes working in international drug development and registration departments of various pharmaceutical companies including F. Hoffman-La Roche (Switzerland), Sandoz/Novartis (United States) and Organon (Netherlands) among others. He has also held in various senior positions including working as the Medical Director of CNS, Clinical Research at Sandoz Research Institute from 1993 to 1997; international Head of CNS Medical Affairs at Novartis from 1997 to 2001; and the global Head, CNS Clinical Research at Organon from 2001 to 2003.
