Mr. Donald J. Correll has been the Chairman of the company since 2020 and has been a member of the board of directors since 2008. He has also been the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Water Capital partners since 2011. Prior to this, he was the President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors of American Water Works Inc from 2006 to 2010 and also served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors of Pennichuck Corporation from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Correll served as an independent advisor investment firms from 2001 to 2003 and was also the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of United Water Resources from 1991 to 2001.

Mr. Stephen D. Westhoven is the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer and also worked as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of NJR’s unregulated businesses, NJR Energy Services (NJRES), NJR Clean Energy Ventures and NJR Home Services. Previously, Mr. Westhoven served as the Senior Vice President, of NJRES and started his career at NJNG as Engineer and later as Director.

Ms. Jacqueline K. Shea has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Office. Ms. Shea joined the company in June 2016. Prior to joining the company, she worked as Chief Information Officer for Godiva Chocolatier from March 2011 to May 2016.

Mr. Roberto Bel has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. He joined NJR in 2019 and served as the Vice President of the treasurer and Investor Relations department from 2019 to 2022. Before joining the company, Mr. Bel was the Assistant Treasurer at Thomson Reuters. He also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Thomson Reuters' Latin America operations. Prior to this role, he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for General Motors Colmotores and General Motors Venezolana and held various roles at the General Motors' office in New York.

Ms. Amy Cradic has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Non-Utility Businesses, Strategy and External Affairs of the company since March 2020. Prior to this role, she served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and External Affairs from January 2020 to February 2020 and also the Vice President of Government Affairs and Policy from January 2018 to December 2019. Before joining the company, Ms. Cradic served as the Chief of Staff at the office of New Jersey Governor, Chris Christine, from April 2016 to January 2018.
