Mr. Charles Prober has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President at Life360 Inc from January 2022 to July 2023. Previously, he held various positions at Tile, Inc., including; Chief Executive Officer September 2018 to January 2022, Directors from February 2018 to January 2022, and Executive Chairman from February 2018 to September 2018. Earlier, he also held various positions at GoPro, Inc. including Chief Operating Officer from January 2017 to February 2018, and Senior Vice President of Software and Services from June 2014 to December 2016.

Mr. Bryan D. Murray has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of the company since June 2011. Prior to this, he worked in public accounting at Deloitte and Touche LLP.

Mr. Heidi B. Cormack has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since July 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing November 2017 to July 2021, Vice President of Corporate Marketing, and Director of Regional Marketing of the company. Earlier, she served in several marketing positions at Virgin Mobile (Australia) Pty Ltd, Red Bull Gmbh and Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. Mr. Cormack joined the company in 2009.

Mr. Andrew W. Kim has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since July 2021. Prior to this, he held various positions within the company including; Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from 2013 to 2021; Vice President of Legal and Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary from 2008 to 2013 and Associate General Counsel from March 2008 to October 2008. Previously, he also served as the Special Counsel in the Corporate and Securities Department at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Mr. Tamesa T. Rogers has been the Chief People Officer of the company since July 2021. Prior to this, he held various positions within the company including; Senior Vice President of Human Resources from 2013 to 2021; Vice President of Human Resources from 2009 to 2013, Director of worldwide Human Resources from 2006 to 2009 and Senior Human Resources Manager from 2003 to 2006. Previously, he served as the Human Resources Manager at TriNet Employer Group from 2000 to 2003.
