He also served as the Managing Director of Al Safi Food Company; Vice President of the Saudi Arabian Marketing and Refining Company; and General Manager and Managing Director of Petromin Refinery in Riyadh. Mr. Al Sarhan serves as a Director at Saudi Airlines Catering Company and National Chemical Carriers Company.

Mr. Ahmed Ali Al-Subaey has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President for Marketing, Sales, and Supply Planning at Saudi Aramco. He also served as the President at Saudi Petroleum Overseas Ltd., and President, and Chief Executive at Saudi Petroleum International Inc. He was the Chief Executive and a Director at Saudi Petroleum Overseas Ltd. (S-OL), South Korea.

Mr. Abdullah Al-Mousa serves as the General Counsel of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Legal Adviser at Al-Jadaan & Partners Law Firm, BNP Paribas, and Clifford Chance Company.

Mr. Hisham Hussien Al-Khaldi serves as the Chief Support Officer of the company. He also serves as a Member of the Board at Leejam Sport Company. He served as a Director of Human Resources at Alshaya International Trading Company.

Mr. Fayez Abdullah Al-Asmari serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company.
