Ms. Hala Ali Husain Yateem has been the Chairwoman of the bank since April 2024. She served as Director of the bank since 2018. Previously, Ms. Yateem served as a Board member at Bahrain Family Business Association, Yateem Oxygen and Bahrain Tourism Company.

Mr. Usman Ahmed has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer roles in Citigroup. Previously he served at Head of Corporate Banking and Managing Director, Emerging Markets (Middle East North America, Sub Saharan Africa, South Asia at Barclays Bank.

Mr. Nabeel Mahmood Kazim has been the Chief Operating Officer and Acting Chief Human Resources & Sustainability Officer of the bank since 2022. Earlier, he held various executive positions with Citibank, Barclays Bank, ADCB, and AUB managing Group Operations across Middle East, North Africa & Europe.

Mr. Isa Maseeh has been the Chief Risk Officer of NBB since July 2019. Prior to this, he was announced as a Deputy Chief Risk Officer in 2017. He was appointed as Acting Chief Compliance Officer in 2020. He holds more than 23 years of banking experience across commercial and investment banking in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the fields of risk management, credit and compliance. Prior to this, he served as the Group Chief Risk Officer of Al Salam Bank Bahrain.

Mr. Hisham Abu Alfateh is the Chief Corporate Communications Officer of the bank. He has been a part of the company since 2017. Earlier, he held various positions with Peacock Concierge Group, Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance (BIBF), ZAIN Bahrain, Venture Capital Bank, Gulf Air – Bahrain and London, Promoseven Group, Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait and Ahli United Bank.
