Mr. Pangilinan also serves as the Director, Chairman and Vice Chairman at Manila Electric Company (Meralco), Maynilad Water Services Corporation (Maynilad), Mediaquest Incorporated, Philex Mining Corporation, Associated Broadcasting Corporation (TV5), Philex Petroleum Corporation, Landco Pacific Corporation, Manila North Tollways Corporation (MNTC), Medical Doctors Incorporated (owner and operator of Makati Medical Center), Davao Doctors Incorporated, Colinas Verdes Hospital Managers Corporation (operator of the Cardinal Santos Medical Center), Riverside Medical Center Incorporated (RMCI) in Bacolod, Asian Hospital Incorporated (AHI), East Manila Hospital Managers Corporation (operator of the Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital), Central Luzon Doctors’ Hospital (CLDH) in Tarlac, De Los Santos Medical Center (DLSMC), Metro Pacific Zamboanga Hospital Corporation (operator the West Metro Medical Center), and The Megaclinic Incorporated (Megaclinic). Ms. June Cheryl A Cabal-Revilla has been the Chief Finance Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Executive Vice President and Director of the company. Prior to this, she served at PLDT Group, Smart Communications, Inc, and PLDT-Smart Foundation.
