Mr. Marcos Galperin has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1999. He also serves as a Director at Endeavor, Onapsis and Fundacion Universidad de San Andres (FUDESA). Mr. Galperin has served in the fixed-income department at J.P. Morgan Securities in New York and at YPF S.A.

Mr. Martin de los Santos has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of the Credits division of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Development, Treasury and Investor Relations of the company. Before that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Vostu.

Mr. Daniel Rabinovich has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2011. He served as Chief Technology Officer of the company since January 2011. Prior to this, Mr. Rabinovich served as the Vice President of Product Development at the company in 2009. He has been in the application architecture team at PeopleSoft.

Mr. Marcelo Melamud has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Administration and Control at the company. Mr. Melamud served as the Director of Finance at MDM Hotel Group from 2004 to 2008. From 1998 to 2004, he served in various finance roles at Fidelity Investments. Mr. Melamud has served as the Director of Finance at the World Trade Center Boston and Seaport Hotel; and the Director of Finance at MetroRed Telecom Group.
