Mr. Nachum Shamir has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Luminex Corporation. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Given Imaging from 2006 till its sale to Covidien in 2014. Earlier, he served as the Corporate Vice President and President of Eastman Kodak. Mr. Shamir held various management positions at senior level in International Companies. Currently, he serves as the Board of Directors of IsoPlexis, Strata, and Chairman of Cactus.

Mr. Ofer Gonen has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 2022 and he also serves as the Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Clal Biotechnology Industries Ltd. Previously, he served as the Managing Partner at the Anatomy Medical, General Manager at Biomedical Investments and Managing Partner at Arte Venture. Mr. Gonen held various Executive Positions at Cactus, Gamida Cell, Anchiano Therapeutics and Mediwound.

Ms. Hani Luxenburg has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Chief Financial Officer at BIRD Aerosystems and Chief Financial Officer at BIRD Aerosystems. Previously she served as a AstraZeneca, Alvarion Technologies Ltd., and Ernst & Young.

Mr. Tzvi Palash has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he led the design and construction of cGMP manufacturing facility at Enlivex. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Gamida Cell; Chief Operating Officer at Protalix Biotherapeutics; General Manager at ColBar LifeScience.

Mr. Shmulik Hess, Ph.D. has been the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer at Tabby Therapeutics, Enlivex Therapeutics, and Valin Technologies.
