Mr. Mike Wilkins has been the Chairman of the company since October 2020. He is also a Director of Scentre Group Limited since April 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman since March 2020, Executive Chairman since September 2020 and Director since November 2016 of QBE Insurance Group Limited. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer at Insurance Australia Group from November 2007 to November 2015, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Promina Group Limited and Managing Director at Tyndall Australia Limited. He held various positions in AMP Limited, including Acting Chief Executive Officer from April 2018 to December 2018, Executive Chairman from April 2018 to June 2018 and Director from September 2016 to February 2020. Previously, he served as a Director of Maple-Brown Abbott Limited, Alinta Limited, The Geneva Association and the Australian Business and Community Network.

Mr. David Koczkar has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since April 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Customer Officer of the company from 2016 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. He served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Jetstar. He also served as a Director of Jetstar Pacific (Vietnam), Jetstar Hong Kong and NewStar (Singapore) JV businesses.

Mr. Mark Rogers has been the Group Lead of Strategy of the company since 2021 and is its Chief Financial Officer since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of National Australia Bank. He also held leadership position at Mayne Group. He has over 20 years of experience in health and financial services.

Mr. Andrew Wilson has been the Group Chief Medical Officer of the company since 2023. He was the Group Lead Chief Executive of Amplar Health of the company. He also serves as a Director of Calvary Medibank JV Pty Ltd, Myhealth Medical Group and Medinet Australia Pty Ltd. He has over 25 years of experience in health system. He was Co-president and founder of McKesson Asia-Pacific.

Mr. Milosh Milisavljevic has been the Group Lead Chief Customer Officer of the company since 2021. He also serves as a Director of Private Healthcare Australia Limited. Previously, he served various roles leading commercial transformation, customer strategy, strategic partnerships, product innovation and portfolio management, and data science at the bank. He joined the bank in 2016.
