Mr. William J. Shaw has been the Chairman of the company since November 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of Marriott International from 2009 to 2011. Previously, Mr. Shaw served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Marriott International from 1997 to 2009. He also served in various other positions at Marriott International, including Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President of Finance, Treasurer, Corporate Vice President, and Corporate Controller. Mr. Shaw also serves as a Director of Carlyle Group Management L.L.C. and DiamondRock Hospitality Company.

Mr. John E. Geller has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2023. He also serves as a President of the company since October 2021. Prior to this he served various leadership roles at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corp such as Chief Financial Officer of the company and Chief Financial Officer for the Western Region of North America Lodging Operations, Senior Vice President and Chief Internal Audit and Information Security Officer.

Mr. Jason P. Marino has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy, Financial Planning and Analysis and Operational Finance of Vacation Ownership at the Company from 2021 to 2023. Previously he served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and FP&A from 2019 to 2021 and Vice President of Corporate Finance from 2014 to 2019 at the comapny.

Mr. Raman T. Bukkapatnam has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President of Global Technology at Nike. Previously he served leadership roles at Starbucks.

Mr. Michael E. Yonker has been the Chief Human Resources and Global Communications Officer of the company since 2024 and its Executive Vice President since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company from 2011 to 2023. He served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Global Operations in 2007, and Vice President of Human Resources for the Midwest Region in 1998 at Mariott International. Previously, Mr. Yonker served as the Area Director of Human Resources for the mid-central region at Sodexho Marriott from 1996 to 1998. He also held various positions in the finance and human resources areas at Marriott International.
