Mr. David S. Marriott has been the Chairman of the company since May 2022 and its Director since March 2021. Previously, he served in various leadership positions at the company including as President of U.S. Full Service Managed by Marriott, Chief Operations Officer of The Americas Eastern Region, Market Vice President, and Senior Vice President of Global Sales.

Ms. Tricia Primrose is the Global Chief Communications and Public Affairs Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, she served as a Partner at Rational 360. She served as Executive Vice President of Global Communications and Public Affairs at AOL from 2007 to 2011. Ms. Tricia also served as an Executive Vice President at Robinson Lerer & Montgomery. Previously, she served as the Director of Communications for the U.S. Senator Richard Shelby.

Ms. Karen Finberg is the Chief Franchise Officer of the company. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Marriott Select Brand Franchising. Earlier, Ms. Karen served as Area Vice President, and Regional Senior Director for the Eastern Region. She worked as Resident Manager for Operation at the JW Marriott Washington, DC.
