Mr. George M Marcus has been Chairman of the company since 1971. He is also the founder and Chairman of Marcus & Millichap Co, a subsidiary of the company, and the chairman of various companies affiliated with Marcus & Millichap Co, including SummerHill Homes and Pacific Urban Residential. Mr. Mark Cortell has been the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Senior Legal and Finance Executive at Zodiac Pool Solutions, S.A, Water Pik Technologies, Inc., and Teledyne Technologies Inc. Mr. Cortell also served as the Senior Accountant at KPMG.
