Macronix International Co Ltd: Executives

Mr. Miin Chyou Wu has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2005. Previously, he served as the President of Macronix International Co., Ltd., from 1989 to 2005. Prior to this, he held senior and managerial positions with VLSI Technology Inc., Intel Corp., Rockwell International and Siliconix Inc. in Silicon Valley.

Mr. Dang-Hsing Yiu has been the Senior Vice President, Director and the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2007. Previously, he served as the Head, Integrated Solution Group of the company from 2003 to 2006. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 1998 to 2003. Earlier he held several positions, including the Vice President of the company from 1990 to 1995. Mr. Hsing Yiu also serves as a Director of Mxtran Inc., a subsidiary of Macronix International Co., Ltd.

Mr. Ful-Long Ni is the Director and Vice President of Microelectronics and Memory Solution of the company. Previously he served as the Department Manager, Director, Executive Director and Associate Vice President of the company. He joined the company in 1990.

Mr. Pei-Fu Yeh has been the Vice President of Finance Center of the company since 2007. He is responsible for financial management of the company. He has 30 years of experience in the financial management field. He joined the company in 1992.

Mr. Yen-Hie Chao has been the Vice President of Quality Engineer Center of the company since 2007. He served in different aspects of the company’s operation, including new fab establishment, process engineering, manufacturing, fab management, backend operation, subcon management, production control and foundry business development and management. Previously he served as the Department Manager, Director, Executive Director, Associate Vice President and General Manager at Foundry Business Group from 2005 to 2012.
