Ms. Tammy K. Jones has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she worked at Equitable Real Estate. Ms. Jones served as a Director of Monogram Residential Trust Inc. Currently, she serves as a Director of Crown Castle International Corp and Executive Leadership Council, and the Chairman of Real Estate Executive Council. She is also a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Basis Investment Group.

Mr. Mahbod Nia has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of NorthStar Realty Europe Corp from 2015 to 2019, and a Director from 2018 until 2019. Previously, he served as the Managing Director at Colony Capital Inc and a Director of European Steering Committee. Mr. Nia was the Managing Director, and Head of European Investments of NorthStar Asset Management Group from 2014 to 2017, and the Senior Executive Director of Goldman Sachs from 2007 until 2009. He also worked at Citigroup Inc.

Ms. Amanda Lombard has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer of publicly-traded REIT Seritage Growth Properties. Prior to this, Ms. Lombard also served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Seritage.

Ms. Anna Malhari serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Colony Capital, Inc. She held various roles including investment positions at NorthStar and Peakside Capital.

Mr. Giacomo Mascillaro has been the Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. He served in various industries including finance, media, insurance, pharmaceutical and government.
