Mr. Lucio C. Tan is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1999. He also serves as the Chairman of Philippine Airlines Inc., Asia Brewery, Inc., Eton Properties Philippines Inc., MacroAsia Corp., Fortune Tobacco Corp., PMFTC Inc., Grandspan Development Corp., Himmel Industries Inc., Lucky Travel Corp., PAL Holdings Inc., Air Philippines Corporation, Tanduay Distillers Inc., The Charter House Inc., AlliedBankers Insurance Corp., Absolut Distillers Inc., Progressive Farms Inc., Foremost Farms Inc. and Basic Holdings Corp. Mr. Lucio serves as a Director of Philippine National Bank.

Mr. Lucio Tan III has been President of the company since May 2023 and the Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of LT Group since May 2022. He also serves as a director of the company. Prior to this he served as a Director and Chief Operating Officer of Tanduay Distillers, Inc. and Director of MacroAsia Corporation, PAL Holdings, Inc., Philippine Airlines, Inc., and Air Philippines Corporation in 2019.

Mr. Jose Gabriel D. Olives has been the Chief sustainability Officer & ESG Officer of the company since May 2023; and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Philippine Airlines, Inc., and as Chief Finance Officer of Asia Brewery, Inc. He also held various executive positions with the Lopez Group of Companies, including Vice President of Business Development and Finance at Benpres Holdings, Inc., President of Maynilad Water Services, Inc., President of Meralco Ventures, Inc., and President of First Philippine Infrastructure Development Corporation.

Mr. Dioscoro Teodorico L. Lim has been the Chief Audit Executive of the company since 2017. Previously, he worked with ABC, Rosehills Memorial Management (Philippines), Inc., and Allied Savings Bank.
