Ms. Wendy Becker has been the Chairman of the company since September 2019. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Jack Wills Limited from October 2013 to September 2015 and Chief Operating Officer from August 2012 to October 2013. Earlier, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Vodafone Group Plc from September 2009 to January 2011. She also worked as the Managing Director of TalkTalk Residential and held various marketing and brand roles at The Procter & Gamble Company, McKinsey & Company. Currently, she serves as a Director of Sony Corporation and Oxford Nanopore Technologies plc.

Ms. Hanneke Faber has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, she served as a President of Nutritional Business and other roles at Unilever. Previously she served as a Chief Commercial Officer of Ahold Delhaize. Ms. Faber also served in various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Bayer AG.

Mr. Charles Boynton has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Plantronics, Inc from March 2019 to October 2022. Earlier, he served on senior positions in various companies including SunPower Corporation, 8point3 General Partner LLC, ServiceSource, LLC, Intelliden, Commerce One, Inc., Kraft Foods, Inc., and Grant Thornton, LLP.

Mr. Prakash Arunkundrum has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Head of global operations and sustainability of the company from 2018 to 2023. Earlier, he served as the Head of new product introductions and strategic initiatives and global sourcing. Previously, Mr. Arunkundrum served as the Director at A.T. Kearney and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Samantha Harnett has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since April 2023. She also serves as the Corporate Secretary of the company. Prior to this, she served as the General Counsel and of the company. Earlier, she held various management positions including Chief Legal and Operations Officer from October 2019 to June 2020, Senior Vice President and General Counsel from May 2018 to October 2019, and Vice President and General Counsel at Eventbrite, Inc from November 2015 to May 2018. Previously, Ms. Harnett served as the General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Business Development at ZipRealty, Inc from October 2009 to November 2015. She also served as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, P.C. Ms. Harnett also serves as the Director of GLAAD.
