Mr. Dominick Zarcone has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2015 to 2017. Before joining the company, he was the Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer at Baird Financial Group during 2011-2015. Mr. Zarcone also served as the Treasurer at Baird Funds from 2011 to 2015 and as a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Banking department at Robert W. Baird and Co from 1995 to 2011. From 1986 to 1995, Mr. Zarcone worked with the investment banking company Kidder, Peabody and Co., most recently as the Senior Vice President of Investment Banking. He also serves as a Director at Generac Power Systems.

Mr. Rick Galloway has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of LKQ’s Wholesale-North America and Self Service segments.

Mr. Justin Jude has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President of our Wholesale – North America segment and President of our Specialty segment at LKQ.

Mr. Michael T. Brooks has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served in various senior management positions at GATX Corporation from 2008 to 2020, including the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Information Officer. He also served as the Chief Information Officer for Constellation Energy from 2003 to 2008.
