Mr. Peter Wharton-Hood has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he was the Head of Operations for Global Market division in Deutsche Bank, London. He also served in several Executive positions at Standard Bank Group.

Mr. Pieter van der Westhuizen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Acting Group Chief Executive Officer from January 2020 to August 2020. Earlier to this, he worked as Group's Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2020. Mr. Westhuizen performed various roles in Afrox Healthcare.

Ms. Avanthi Parboosing has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as Secretary of the company in 2019. She also served as the Secretary for numerous JSE listed companies, including Implats and Kumba.

Mr. Mark Ferreira has been the Chief Medical Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the UK Medical Director in 2015 at AMG. Before that he served in several senior roles in the South African Healthcare industry including, General Manager: Health Economics and Strategy at Netcare Primary Care; Manager: Clinical Risk at Discovery Health and Chief Medical Officer at Goldfields South Africa.

Mr. Mark Chapman has been the Chief Executive Officer of International since 2019. Prior to this, he was the UK Managing Director at Alliance Medical in 2017. Prior to joining Alliance Medical, he worked as Chief Operating Officer for Playnation Limited. Previously, he served in several senior operational and commercial roles within the NHS and as Regional Operations Director with Punch Taverns Plc.
