Mr. George Wohlwend has been appointed as the Chairman of the company since 2021 and a director since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Partner and Member of the Executive Board of Salmann Investment Management AG, from 2013 to 2014 and Head of Banking Liechtenstein and Regional Market at VP Bank AG, from 2010 to 2012. Previously, he worked as the Head of Intermediaries at VP Bank AG, from 2006 to 2010 and Head of Trust Banking at VP Bank AG, from 2000 to 2006. Earlier, he also worked as the Head Logistics at VP Bank AG, from 1998 to 2000 and Deputy Head Logistics at VP Bank AG, from 1998 to 2000.

Mr. Christoph M. Reich has been the Group Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board of the bank since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the bank’s Finance and Risk Function from 2010 to 2012. Previously, he served as an Investment advisor for private clients at St. Galler Kantonalbank, Wil (SG) from 1994 to 1996. Earlier, he served as Commercial Apprenticeship at St. Galler Kantonalbank Buchs from 1990 to 1993.

Mr. Patrick Furer has been the Chief Operating and Digital officer Officer of the bank since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Notenstein La Roche Privatbank AG from October 2017 to December 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Notenstein La Roche Privatbank AG from July 2017 to September 2017. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Bank AG from March 2016 to June 2017 and as Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley Bank AG from 2009 to February 2016. He worked with Raiffeisen Bank, WestLB AG, WestLB Panmur, and Union Bank of Switzerland.

Mr. Gabriel Brenna has been the Group Chief Executive Officer since March 2021 and Member of the Management Board of the bank since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the bank’s Private Banking division from 2012 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Head of Swiss Private Banking and Risk Management Practice at McKinsey & Company. Earlier, he worked as the Senior Project Leader at Advanced Circuit Pursuit, Zollikon from 2002 to 2004 and Project Leader at Philips Semiconductors, Zurich from 1998 to 1999.

Mr. Urs Muller has been the Head of Retail & Corporate Banking division since 2016. Earlier, he serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2012 to 2021. Hw also serves as the as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Bank Linth LLB AG. Prior to this, he served Chairman-Supervisory Board at LLB Fondsleitung AG. Previously, he served as the Chairman at LLB Fund Services AG.
