Previously, Mr. Gregory served as the Chairman, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer at Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings Inc; and Chairman at Qurate Retail Inc. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer at GCI Liberty Inc from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, Mr. Gregory served as President and Chief Financial Officer at Oracle Corporation; Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer at 360networks Corporation; and Chief Financial Officer at Microsoft Corporation.

Mr. Brian J. Wendling has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer of the company since January 2020. Currently, he serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer at Qurate Retail Inc, Liberty Broadband Corp. Previously, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer at GCI Liberty from 2019 to 2020;LMAC and 2020 to 2022. He served as the Senior Vice President and Controller at Qurate Retail and Liberty Broadband from 2016 to 2019, and GCI Liberty from 2018 to 2019. Mr. Brian served as Vice President, Controller at Liberty TripAdvisor from 2014 to 2016. He also served as Senior Vice President at Liberty Expedia from 2016 to 2019. Mr. Brian served as Vice President and Controller at various companies including Liberty Media from 2011 to 2015; Qurate Retail from 2011 to 2015; and Liberty Broadband from 2014 to 2015.

Ms. Renee L. Wilm has been the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administration Officer of the company since January 2021. Currently, she also serves as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administration Officer at various companies such as Liberty TripAdvisor, Qurate Retail, and Liberty Broadband since 2021. Ms. Wilm also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. Previously, she was Senior Partner with law firm Baker Botts L.L.P.

Mr. Albert E. Rosenthaler has been the Chief Corporate Development Officer of the company since 2016. Currently, he serves as Chief Corporate Development Officer at Qurate Retail, Liberty Broadband, and Liberty TripAdvisor. Previously, he served as Chief Corporate Development Officer at GCI Liberty from 2018 to 2020 and Liberty Expedia 2016 to 2019. Mr. Rosenthaler also served as the Chief Tax Officer of the company, Liberty Interactive, Liberty TripAdvisor and Liberty Broadband from 2016 to 2016; Senior Vice President of the company and its predecessor from 2007 to 2015, Liberty TripAdvisor from 2013 to 2015, and Liberty Broadband from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Rosenthaler serves as a director of Liberty TripAdvisor and Tripadvisor.
