Currently, Mr. Malone serves as the Chairman Emeritus at CableLabs and an Honorary Board Member at The Cable Center, Liberty Broadband, Discovery inc, and Liberty Trip Advisor Holdings Inc.

Mr. Michael T. Fries has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Vice Chairman of the company since 2005. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at UnitedGlobalCom (UGC) from 2004 to 2005. He also serves as the Executive Chairman of Liberty Latin America (LLA). Prior to this, he served as the Executive Chairman of the Supervisory Boards at UPC and Priority Telecom.

Mr. Charles H.R. Bracken has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Liberty Global Europe, and its predecessors from 1999 until 2005. Earlier he held various leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He serves as a Director at Telenet Group Holding and Liberty Latin America Ltd.

Mr. Jason Waldron is the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the lead audit partner for KPMG LLP from 2010 to 2014. Prior to this, he served a Member of the AICPA Revenue Recognition Task Force.

Mr. James Ryan has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2012. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of strategy and corporate development of Liberty Global.
