Mr. Todd J. Teske has been the Chairman of the company since March 2022. From March, 2022 to May, 2022, he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of the Board in 2022, Mr. Teske served as Lead Independent Director since 2015. Previously, he served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Briggs & Stratton Corporation from 2010 to 2020. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company power products business, Head of corporate development and Controller.

Mr. Alok Maskara has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since May 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Luxfer Holdings PLC. Prior to this, he served as the President of Global Business Units at Pentair PLC. Earlier, he held various leadership positions at General Electric Corporation and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Maskara also serves on the board of Franklin Electric a company focused on global water and fluid solutions.

Mr. Michael Quenzer has been the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations at Lennox. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for LII’s Commercial segment from November 2016 until January 2023. Mr. Quenzer has served in various capacities of increasing responsibility within LII’s Finance department since 2004.

Mr. Prakash Bedapudi has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since July 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Global Engineering and Program Management at Trane Inc. Commercial Systems from 2006 to 2008. He also served as the Vice President of Engineering and Technology for Trane’s Residential Systems division from 2003 to 2006. Earlier, Mr. Bedapudi held various senior engineering leadership positions at GE Transportation Systems and Cummins Engine Company.

Mr. John D. Torres has been the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of the company since December 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Freescale Semiconductor. Previously, he served as the Senior Counsel, Vice President, General Counsel of Motorola. Mr. Torres served for 13 years in private practice in Phoenix.
