Mr. Douglas R Lebda has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2008. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at IAC/InterActiveCorp from 2006 to 2008, when the company was spun-off from InterActiveCorp. Mr. Lebda served as the President, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer at LendingTree, which he founded in 1996. He served as an Auditor and Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Trent Ziegler has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2021. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer of the company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Ziegler served as a Senior Financial Analyst for Ally Financial.

Mr. J D Moriarty has been Chief Operating Officer and President of the marketplace of the company since January 2022. Prior to joining the company, he was Head of Americas Equity Capital Markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer from August 2017 to May 2021.

Ms. Carla Shumate has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Treasurer, and Senior Vice President of the company since 2013. Previously, she served at King Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where she held various positions from 2001 to 2012, including Senior Vice President and Controller in 2005. Previously, Ms. Shumate held various positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1993 to 2000, including Manager from 1998 to 2000.

Mr. Scott Totman has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Chief Product and Technology Officer of OnDeck from January 2020 to November 2020 and as Head of Engineering and Product Development at DivvyCloud from December 2018 to January 2020. Prior to this, Mr. Totman also held various roles at Capital One including Managing Vice President, Digital Product Marketing from October 2012 to December 2018.
