Mr. Sekharipuram Narayanan Subrahmanyan has been the Chairman of the company since September 2023. He also served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2017. He serves as the Chairman of National Safety Council and Union Ministry of Labor and Employment since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Managing Director and President of the company's Infrastructure Business from 2015 to 2017. He also serves as the Vice-Chairman of L&T Infotech Limited, L&T Technology Services and Mindtree; and the Chairman of L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited. He serves as the Chairperson of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Shankar Raman has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2011. He served as the Chairman of the CII’s National Committee of CFOs from 2017 to 2018. He also worked as Uday Kotak’s Committee on corporate governance constituted by SEBI. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Management of several companies including international subsidiaries within the L&T Group. He joined L&T Group in 1994.

Mr. Subramanian Sarma has been a Director and the Senior Executive Vice President of Energy at the company since 2020. He handled complete oil and gas value chain which includes Executive Management, Business Development, Project Management, and Process Engineering. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Managing Director of Petrofac- Onshore Engineering and Construction.

Mr. Sumeet Chatterjee has been the Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this he served as a Senior Vice President and the Head of Corporate Communications at RPG Enterprises. Previously he served at SE TransStadia LTD, Radio Mirchi, Mullen Lowe Lintas Group, Ogilvy & Mather, Lintas.
