Mr. Debashis Chatterjee has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since November 2022. Prior to Mindtree, he worked at Cognizant as President of Global Delivery and Digital Systems & Technology. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chatterjee worked with IBM, TCS, and Mahindra & Mahindra. He has over 35 years of experience in managing customer relationships, driving strategic alliances and M&A, and managing change and delivery across industries, technologies, and geographies.

Mr. Nachiket Deshpande has been the Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President & Global Delivery Head for the Banking and Financial Services unit of the company. Previously, he held various executive roles across North America, India and Europe at Congnizant Technology Solutions. Mr. Despande has more than 23 years of experience in customer relationships management, delivery management, account and P&L management across verticals geographies and technologies. He began his carrier at Tech Mahindra.

Mr Vipul Chandra has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2024. prior to this he served as managing director, Head of corporate sales & structuring at Citibank.

Mr. A.M. Naik has been the Chairman of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He served several positions on HR and the nurturing of human capital and IT across L&T’s businesses.

Mr. S.N. Subrahmanyan is the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer as well as Managing Director of Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T). He is also Vice Chairman on the boards of L&T Technology Services Limited, and Chairman of L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited and L&T Finance Holdings Limited. He joined L&T in 1984 as a project planning engineer.
