Mr. Odisseas Athanasiou has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2006. He worked for Ernst and Young, and Emerson Electric. Previously, he served as the Chief Finance Officer of Western Europe in Barilla in Paris, Chief Finance Officer of Diageo Hellas, and Chief Finance Officer of Titan cement. Mr. Athanasiou served as a Director of SEV, Endeavor Greece, Alliance for Greece (founding member) and a member of the committee of the TEDX Academy Greece.

Harris Goritsas has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Frigoglass group, a Director of Europe Pricing and Area Financial Director of Southeastern Europe in Diageo, Financial Controller and Financial Director of Central and Eastern Europe of Coca Cola Company.

Ms. Konstantina Karatopouzi serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served in various managerial positions at LAMDA Development. Earlier, she served in the Financial Department of the EFG Group. Previously, she served at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Kostouris Michailidis.

Mr. John Giannakopoulos serves as the Chief Legal Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer ?f the company. He serves as a member of the Athens Bar Association. Prior to this, he served as the General Counsel of companies and groups of companies in various sectors.

Mr. Theodoros A. Gavriilidis serves as the Chief Investment Officer of the company. He served as Business Development Director of REDS SA (Ellaktor Group), the Senior Project Manager of TAIPED, and a Director of ETAD from 2009 to 2014. Previously, he worked for J&P Overseas Ltd and Bovis Lend Lease.
