Mr. Liu Fengxi has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of marketing for Konka Group-multi-media division and an Assistant General Manager and the Vice General Manager for Shenzhen Konka Telecommunications Technology Co Ltd. Previously, he served as the Chief of Operation Management Center, Assistant to Vice President and Vice President of the company. He also served as the Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Overseas Chinese Town North Investment Co Ltd.

Mr. Li Chunlei has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as a Director of real estate business division of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice General Manager and General Manager at Kunshan Kangsheng Investment Konka Group Co Ltd. He also served as the Deputy Director and a Director at Strategic Development Center, General Manager for Financial Center and Asset Settlement Center of the company.

Mr. Li Hongtao has been the Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Assistant to President in the company. Prior to that, he served as the Assistant to General Manager, General Manager to Chairman and General Manager of Shenzhen Konka Telecommunication Technology Co Ltd.
