Mr. Christoph Vitzthum has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served for Wartsila Corporation as the President of Services and an Executive Vice President from 2009 to 2013; President of Power Plants and an Executive Vice President from 2006 to 2009 and President from 2002 to 2006. Currently, he serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fazer Group and a Board of Director of East Office of Finnish Industries, Nordstjernan AB, Oras Invest Oy, Finnish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, CMI (Crisis Management Initiative) and Finnish Food and Drink Industries Federation. Mr. Vitzthum serves as the Member of Supervisory Board at Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company.

Mr. Anders Svensson has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2022. Prior, he was the President, Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions, Member of Sandvik Group Executive Management. Anders was the President, Crushing and Screening Division, Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology.

Mr. Teo Ottola has been the President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Elcoteq SE from 2004 to 2007; Senior Vice President of Elcoteq Network Oyj from 1999 to 2004, and the Group Business Controller of Elcoteq Network Oyj from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Ottola served as the Business Controller at Elcoteq Lohja Oy from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, he served as a Financial Planner at Rautaruukki Oy from 1992 to 1996. Mr. Ottola also served as the Interim Chief Executive Office of the company from 2019 to 2020.
