Mr. Jan Juchelka has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since August 2017. He served as the Managing Director, and Head of Coverage for Societe Generale in 2012. He joined the company in 2006 and served as the Head of Prague’s Corporate Banking Business Division. He also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Komercní banka from 1999 to 2006. He served as the Chairman of the Executive Committee for the National Property Fund from 2002 to 2005.

Ms. Jitka Haubova has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Director of the bank since June 2020. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer at CzechTrade. Ms. Haubova joined KB’s Trade Finance in 2006.

Mr. Didier Colin has been the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Executive Director of the bank since October 2017. Previously, he served as a Credit Analyst and as an Audit Inspector at Societe Generale Group. Mr. Colin was promoted to the position of Deputy Country Manager and subsequently Country Manager for Canada in 2000.

Mr. Margus Simson has been the Chief Digital Officer and Senior Executive Director of the bank since January 2019. Previously, he served as Head of e-channels in Swedbank from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2013, he worked at Eesti Energia. In 2014 he worked as Deputy Director at Riigi infosüsteem Amet. From 2009 to 2017, he served as Chief Executive Officer and as an expert on digital strategy at Ziraff. From 2017 to 2019, Mr. Simson was Head of Digital and Chief Digital Officer at Luminor.
