Mr. Rob Smith has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Finnish group Konecranes Plc from 2020 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Europe, Africa and Middle East at AGCO Corporation from 2013 to 2019; Vice President and General Manager in the Global Engine Components Division of TRW Automotive from 2007 to 2013; Vice President from Global Automotive Division of Tyco Electronics from 2005 to 2006; Vice President & General Manager for Services Material Solutions of Bombardier Transportation from 2002 to 2005; and Director Materials, Supply Chain Management of Dell Computer Corporation from 2000 to 2001.

Mr. Christian Harm has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this he served as a Executive Vice President Finance and Operations and various other roles at Kion Group. Previously he served at Linde AG, McKinsey & Company, Inc and Unilever GmbH.

Mr. Henry Puhl has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since July 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Operating Units STILL EMEA; and Chairman of STILL GmbH from 2016 to 2021. He joined the company in 2016. Prior to this, he held various positions at CLAAS Gruppe (KGaA) from 2009 to 2016, which includes Member of the Group Executive Board and Managing Director of the Grain Harvest Business Area at CLAAS KGaA; and Spokesman of the Management Board at CLAAS Industrietechnik GmbH. Previously, he served in the Management of the Ball Bearings Division at Schaeffler KG from 2008 to 2009. He held various positions at Deere & Company from 2002 to 2008 including Factory Manager at John Deere Works Bruchsal; Managing Director at John Deere India; and Manager Focus Factory Drive Train at John Deere Mannheim. Earlier, he served as the Project Manager at ThyssenKrupp Automotive AG from 1999 to 2002. Currently, he serves as a Director of KION (Jinan) Forklift Co Ltd; Member of the Board of Administration der Linde (China) Forklift Truck Corporation Ltd; and General Manager for Research & Development, Purchasing and Quality of FENWICK-LINDE OPERATIONS SAS.

Mr. Hans Peter Ring has been the Chairman of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Director, and Chief Financial Officer of Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France at EADS NV from 2002 to 2012. He also served as the Senior Vice President for Controlling of DASA AG in Ottobrunn, Germany, and EADS NV in Leiden, the Netherlands from 1996 to 2002; Chief Financial Officer of Dornier Luftfahrt GmbH from 1992 to 1995; Head of Controlling for the aviation and defense divisions of DASA AG from 1990 to 1991; Head of Controlling for the missiles division of Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (MBB) from 1987 to 1990; and various commercial positions at Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (MBB) from 1977 to 1987.
