Kinaxis Inc: Executives

Mr. John Ian Giffen has been the Chairman of the company. He served as the Director of the company since 2010. Previously, he served on the boards of more than 30 public and private companies such as Ruggedcom Inc., Macromedia Inc, Open Text Corporation Inc, Descartes Systems Group Inc, Absolute Software Inc and Corel Corporation Inc.

Mr. John Sicard has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Development and Chief Strategy Officer of the company. Mr. Sicard held senior software architect positions in research and development at FastMAN Software Systems Inc.

Mr. Blaine Fitzgerald serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance at e-commerce giant Shopify. He started his career with Deloitte and Ernst & Young.

Ms. Anne Robinson has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2019. She served at Verizon as Executive Director of Global Supply Chain Strategy, Analytics and Systems. Ms. Robinson also served at Cisco and Infor.

Ms. Margaret Franco has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Chief Marketing Officer at Finastra and prior to that held senior marketing roles in North America, Europe and Asia at Dell .
