Mr. Manfred Walt has been the Chairman of the company. He currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Walt & Co. Inc. Previously, Mr. Walt served in various executive roles at Brookfield Asset Management from 1980 to 1998 and Retirement Residences REIT from 1998 to 2020.

Mr. Philip D Fraser has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Trustee of the company since 2000. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Redishred Capital and a Member of the Board of Governors at St. Mary's University. Mr. Fraser has around 24 years' experience in real estate industry.

Mr. Robert G Richardson has been the Executive Vice President and Trustee of the company since 2000. He also serves as the President at Compass Commercial Realty, a commercial management company based in Halifax. Mr. Richardson served in real estate for 30 years. He served as the Chairman at the YMCA of Greater Halifax/Dartmouth and the IWK Health Centre.

Ms. Dale Noseworthy has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Planning. Ms. Noseworthy has around 20 years of accounting and finance experience. Prior to joining Killam, she worked for two years as a Research Analyst at Beacon Securities and for seven years in various accounting and finance roles at Emera.
