Mr. Christopher M. Gorman has been the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from September 2019 to May 2020. Previously, he was the Vice-Chairman and President of the Banking division at the company. Earlier, Mr. Gorman served as the President of Key Corporate Bank.

Mr. Khayat has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of KeyCorp since 2018. He served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Key’s Enterprise Commercial Payments group from 2014 to 2016 and the Executive Vice President in Corporate Strategy from 2012 to 2014. Previously, Mr. Khayat served as the Managing Director and Co-founder of Occom Ridge Partners, LLC, as the Senior Controller of Personal Lines for the Progressive Corporation and as the Business Leader for Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Progressive. He also held various senior leadership roles in strategy and finance at National City Corporation (now PNC) where he led Corporate Finance and Strategy and Corporate Planning. Prior to this, Mr. Khayat served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.

Ms. Stacy L Gilbert has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this she served as various roles at KeyBank and FirstMerit Bank.

Ms. Amy G. Brady has been the Chief Information Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2012. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer of Enterprise Technology and Operations, at Bank of America.

Mr. Darrin Benhart has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since January 2024. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief Risk Officer of the company. Prior to that, Mr. Darrin served as the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
