Mr. Andrew W. Kairu serves as the chairman of the company since October 2018. Prior to this, he served as a Director of KCB Bank Kenya. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at Ghana International Bank PLC London.

Mr. Paul Russo has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since May 2022. Prior to this he served as a Managing Director for National Bank, and Director for Group Regional Business. Previous to this he served as Acting Head of HR, Wealth & Investment Management and Insurance at Barclays Africa Group Limited. Previously he held Human Resource leadership positions at Barclays, PwC, K-Rep Bank Limited and EABL subsidiary Kenya Breweries Ltd.

Mr. John Mukulu has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as Acting Chief Risk Officer and Head of Lending Risk Acting Director-Risk. In 1990, he Joined the company as Management Trainee and held various positions such as Head of Portfolio Management and Senior Credit Analyst.

Mr. Lawrence Kimathi Kiambi has been the Group Finance Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as Group Supply Finance Director at East African Breweries Limited. Previously, Mr. Kiambi served as the Chief Finance Officer at AIG Property and Casualty (General Insurance) and held several senior positions at British American Tobacco (BAT) Ltd (United Kingdom & Kenya). He also served at Finance and Information Technology Director at Cadbury LTD East & Central Africa.
