Ms. Kattiya Indaravijaya has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since April 2020, and a Director since January 2016. She served as the Chairperson at Kasikorn Research Center Co Ltd from 2016 to 2020. Prior to this, Ms. Indaravijaya served as the Chairperson at Kasikorn Asset Management Co Ltd, as the President at the company, a Director at Kasikorn Leasing Co Ltd and Muang Thai Group Holding Co Ltd.

Mr. Pipit Aneaknithi has been a Director and President of the bank since 2017. He served as the Chairman of Kasikorn Leasing Company Limited from 2017 to January 2020. He served as the bank’s Member of the Risk Management Committee from 2017 to 2018, Senior Executive Vice President from 2015 to 2016, and Executive Vice President from 2010 to 2015.

Mr. Krit Jitjang has been a Director and President of the bank since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the company’s Secretary to the Risk Oversight Committee form 2018 to September 2020 and Senior Executive Vice President from 2015 to September 2020. During 2015 to 2018, he served as Director of Kasikorn Technology Group Secretariat Company Limited, Kasikorn Labs Company Limited, Kasikorn Soft Company Limited, Kasikorn Pro Company Limited and Kasikorn Serve Company Limited. He served as a Secretary to the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee of the company from 2014 to 2018.

Mr. Pipatpong Poshyanonda has been a President and a Director of the bank since 2017. He also serves as a Director of Muang Thai Group Holding Company Limited since April 2022 and Chairman of Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited since February 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Kasikorn Leasing Company Limited from 2017 to January 2022 and Member of the Risk Management Committee of the company since 2017 to 2018. He served as a the company’s Senior Executive Vice President from 2015 to 2016 and Executive Vice President from 2010 to 2015.

Mr. Patchara Samalapa has been a Director and President of the bank since 2018. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited from 2020 to February 2022. He served as the bank’s Member of the Risk Oversight Committee from 2018 to 2019 and Senior Executive Vice President from 2017 to 2018. He served as a Director of Kasikorn Securities Public Company Limited from 2016 to 2018. He served as a Director of Director, K-SME Venture Capital Company Limited from 2015 to 2018 and Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited from 2013 to 2019. He also served as an Executive Vice President of the bank since 2012 to 2016.
