Ms. Lilach Asher Topilsky has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, she served as President and CEO of Israel Discount Bank. Ms. Asher Topilsky also served as the Chairman of Mercantile Bank and IDB New York BANKCORP and as a Director at IDB Bank New York. Prior to IDB, she held senior roles at Bank Hapoalim, including, in her last position, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of the Retail Banking Division. Before joining Bank Hapoalim, Ms. Asher Topilsky was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group in Chicago. Currently, Ms. Asher Topilsky is the chairman of G1 Security (TASE), a director at Amiad Water Systems (AIM) and a member of the Tel Aviv University Executive Council.

Mr. Amir London has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2015. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President, Business Development at Kamada. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Fidelis Diagnostics. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Promedico.

Mr. Chaime Orlev has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration of Bioblast Pharma Ltd. Mr. Orlev also served as the Vice President of Finance and Administration of Chiasma Inc.

Mr. Earn Nir has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Vice President for Operations from 2016. Prior to this, he served in management role for a medical equipment plant at Philips Medical Systems from 2015-2016, as the Vice President for Operations at Amelia Cosmetics from 2014-2015, and in a management role at TEVA’s Pharmaceutical plant from 2002-2011. Mr. Nir has more than 20 years of experience in the operations management of the pharmaceutical and medical industries.

Mr. David Tsur has been the Deputy Chairman of the Board since 2015. He is the Co-founder of Kamada and served as the Chief Executive Officer and on the board of directors since the company's inception in 1990 until July 2015. Prior to co-founding Kamada, Mr. Tsur was theChief Executive Officer of Arad Systems and RAD Chemicals Inc. He also held various positions in the Israeli Ministry of Economy including Chief Economist and Commercial Attaché in Argentina and Iran.
