Mr. Shyam S. Bhartia is the Chairman of Jubilant Bharatia Group and he serves as the Chairman of Jubilant Pharmova Limited, Jubilant Ingrevia Limited and Jubilant FoodWorks Limited. He is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Jubilant Pharma Limited, Singapore. He also serves on the Board of several public companies namely, Chambal Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd., Birla Cotton Spinning and Weaving Mills Ltd., Domino's Pizza India Ltd., Zuari Industries Ltd., Lionel India Ltd., GeoEnpro Petroleum Ltd., Enpro Secan India Ltd., Jubilant Chemsys Ltd., Jubilant Clinsys Ltd., Vam Holdings Ltd., PSI NV, Belgium, PSI Supply NV, Belgium, Jubilant Pharma NV, Belgium and Jubilant Energy (Holdings) B.V., Netherlands. Previously, Mr. Bhartia served as a Director of Air India Ltd.

Mr. Hari S. Bhartia serves as the Managing Director and Co-Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Confederation of Indian Industry from 2010 to 2011; Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Raipur & Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur. He is currently associated with International Advisory Board of McGill University, Canada and Indian Institute of Management, Visakhapatnam. He also serves as the Chairman of CII-Jubilant Food & Agriculture Centre of Excellence.

Mr. Arvind Chokhany has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Tata Projects Limited. Previously, Mr. Arvind Chokhany worked at Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited. Before that, he held roles at Standard Chartered Bank.

Mr. Shantanu Jha has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Transformations at Cognizant. Mr. Jha also served as the Vice President of Transformations and Operations at IBM.
