Mr. Patrick Shui-Chung Wang has been the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the company since 1996. He joined the Johnson Electric Group in 1972 and became a Director in 1976 and the Managing Director in 1984. He also serves on the board of directors of various subsidiaries of the Company. Previously, Dr. Wang served as the Chairman and a Director of the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute Company Limited. Mr. Wang is an Independent Non-executive Director and a member of the Nomination Committee of VTech Holdings Limited and a non-executive director of Tristate Holdings Limited. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital’s Clinical Governance Committee.

Mr. Amit Chabra has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served in various senior level positions in the company in Manufacturing Operations, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Corporate Program Management and Finance. Previously, he also served as the Group Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the company.

Mr. Raman Mehta is the Chief Information Officer of the company. Previously, he led the 3 consecutive organizations Visteon, Fabrinet and EWIE for the coveted CIO100 award.

Mr. Christian Moeller is the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the head of Human Resource and Labour Relations at various locations and companies including, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, the United States and China for General Motors, Johnson Controls and Yanfeng Automotive Interiors. Mr. Moeller also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kloeckner.

Mrs. Wang Koo Yik-Chun is the Honorary Chairman and Co-founder of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Vice-Chairman of the Group from 1984 to 1996. She is also the Honorary Chairlady of Tristate Holdings Limited.
