Mr. Jean Francois Decaux has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2000. Prior to this, he served as the Director of JCDecaux UK Limited. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Board of Directors of AFA JCDecaux A/S. JCDecaux Holding (SAS).

Ms. Essie Wake has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this she served as Marketing Director of the company. Ms. Essie also help in Australia's out of home company's digital transformation, data capabilities, including the launch of the Digital Citylights and research and communications initiatives. Before joining the company she served as Research and Strategy Director of Initiative.

Mr. Sylvain Le Borgne has been the Chief Data Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he worked at Adream and Actustar.com and served as Chief Executive Officer. He served as Executive Vice President, Head of Technology and Data Operations at Havas Media.

Ms. Lenaic Pineau has been the Chief Sustainability and Quality Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as Brand Manage in Danone. Previously, she served as Senior International Brand Manager in Lindor brand. She also served as Marketing Manager at Agrial/Eclor.

Mr. Jean Charles Decaux has been the Co-Executive Officer of the company since 2000. He joined the company in 1989. Previously, he served as a Director of Metrobus, Media Aeroports de Paris, JCDecaux Espana SLU, IGP DecauxSpa, and JCDecaux Small Cells Limited and the Chairman of JCDecaux Bollore Holding, MediaKiosk and JCDecaux Espana SLU. Mr. Decaux also served as the Vice Chairman of Eurazeo, Chairman of JCDecaux Holding (SAS), Chief Executive Officer and Director of Decaux Freres Investissements (SAS), Manager of SCI duMare, SCI Clos de la Chaine, and SCI Troisjean, Chief Executive Officer of Apolline Immobilier (SAS), and Director of BDC SAS and Megdiavision et Jean Mineur.
