Prior to that, Mr. Shah held various positions at Time Inc, including the Group President of Digital and President at the Fortune and Money Group.

Mr. Bret Richter has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2022. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President, Corporate Finance and Development, of Cablevision Systems Corporation. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at NTL Incorporated.

Mr. Layth Taki has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Altice USA. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Controller of Cable Operations and head of technical accounting.

Mr. Joey Fortuna has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company Since January 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Ziff Davis. Prior to joining the company in 2011, Mr. Joey served as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at VINDICO Group; Vice President of Engineering at Quigo; and Co-founder and Vice President of Technology at Pseudo.
