Mr. Danny Yamin has been the Chairman of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President of Microsoft Worldwide and Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft Israel.

Mr. Uri Levin has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2019. He also serves as the Chairman at Paybox Ltd. and Discount Bancorp Inc. and Director at Israel Discount Bank of New York. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Israel Discount Bank of New York and Discount Bancorp Inc. from 2017 to 2019. He also served as a Senior Executive Vice President and Head of the Planning, Strategy, and Finance Division at Israel Discount Bank Ltd. from 2014 to 2017.

Mr. Barak Nardi has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Head of Strategy, Finance and Subsidiaries Division of the bank since 2019. He also serves as a Director at Discount Leasing Ltd and Paybox Ltd. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of the Strategy and Resources Division of Israel Credit Cards Ltd. from 2017 to 2019.

Mr. Adi Kaplan has been an Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and Head of Technologies Division of the bank since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Clalbit Systems, and Executive Vice President, CIO of Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. from 2018 to 2020. He also served as the Chairman at Shva (Automated Banking Services Ltd) and Masav (Automated Clearing House Ltd). from 2017 to 2018.

Ms. Orit Caspi has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer and Head of Risk Management Division of the bank since 2022. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President, Head of Human Resources Division of Israel Discount Bank Ltd of the bank from 2020 to 2022. She served as Chief of staff and Head of planning Subdivision in the Retail Division of the bank from 2015 to 2019.
